Painter and graphic artist

Budapest is a wonderful city in the middle of Europe, where I am living and I was born in 1950.

I studied at Academy of Fine Arts and I had got a degree .

Since than I have been working as a graphique artist, art – historian and teacher.

Fortunately I could learn different kinds of graphic technics, and gobelin –carpet  weave, in the Academy of Budapest.

My first exhibition was Budapest later on was in Berlin -West, Galerie – Fundus in 1979 .That was an unforgettable experience,  behinde the „Iron curtan.”

I won Hungarian Derkovits prize for drawings and etchings, at  1977 – 1980.   I was lucky because I was working in Ghent, Belgium.

I won a Flamish scholarship in 1989,  studied at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten  and participated  several exhibitions in Europa.

I am the member of  Hungarian Art’s sociaty – Budapest,  and Societé Européenne de Culture – Venice, Italy.

Participated several exhibitions at home and abroad, for example in 2001 Paris, Galerie Le Halle – Retour á Paris with my husband Imre Kéri, who is a known painter and graphic artist,

2004 London -Hungarian Cultural House, during at Magyar Magic program.

2005 Kiel – Landeshaus,  2006 Opera , Budapest,

2007 Antwerpen, Galerie d’Epreuve Artiste,  2008 – Budapest, Olof Pame house,

2009 Balatonfüred, Kisfaludy gallery,   2010  Axa bank –  Budapest,  Jászberény ,

2011 Budapest,  Wenkheim palace and Bibliotheque,

Budapest, Árkád galéria, 5 Artists – in this október.

My housband Kéri Imre, is a known artist, we are working in a nice studio, on top of a one hundred year – old building in the middle of the city.

Our son is already  working for at an English periodical in Budapest.
